Care
At Lops 'n Lions we expect that prior to purchasing a bunny people have done their research on bunny ownership. Bunnies are not like hamsters that are happy with a little wheel to run in and tubes to climb in. Bunnies need lots of attention, outdoor playtime, and tons of affection from their human. Bunnies are more like dogs and cats, they need the same level of attention, sometimes more. You can find a lot of information about all the breeds online. Health Guarantee
Lops 'n Lions has a limited one week health guarantee. We guarantee that the bunny you purchase from us is free of any illness, and is ready for a new home at the time of pick up. The limited guarantee is subject to the following: if your bunny becomes ill or dies within 7 days of you taking it home, you are able to recieve a full refund or apply the purchase amount to a rabbit of equal value. If we don't have one availble at the time you can then put a hold on one that we have coming up. You must provide evidence from a vet that illness/death was caused by a pre-existing condition that the bunny had when it left our property. This will be the only way to receive the refund/credit.
Any signs of improper handling, injury, neglect, abuse, heat stroke, improper diet, etc. as determined by our vet (at buyers expense) will VOID this Health Guarantee.
Lops 'n Lions will not be held liable for any prior or future vet bills.
We check the sex of out litters between 4-6 weeks of age. We ask that you check the sex to make sure you are getting exactly what you want. If you determine with in 7 days of purchase that you have gotten a wrong sex bunny, bring it to our attention and we may do an exchange. However, this is not a guarantee that we will.

Taking your bunny home
Finally your taking your bunny home. Here's some things to consider and remember. Where is the bunny going to be housed, which room in the house? They are more active at dawn and dusk, so take that into consideration when choosing their cage location. Give them a few days to adjust to their new surroundings. Limit the amount of time they are being held. 30 minutes a day is a good place to start. Try to limit loud noises as well. They need time to adjust! After a few days you can add more time slowly to their daily routine. Limit the amount of time young children are handling them. Never allow young children to carry or run with them. They could drop, step, or trip on them, and things could end badly for the bunny. Make sure you are slowly adjusting your bunny everyday. Everyday exercise, everyday lovings, and keep a close eye on your bunny. Make sure he/she is eating and drinking properly. But most of all have fun with your new pet!
